Been collecting dust - I was a broke student for the last several years.
Just got it all cleaned up - here are a few pictures.

It's at the shop getting an xtr rear derailleur put on - I'll add a few more pics this week.

If this has been posted in the wrong forum then my bad.

Sweet 8)

Welcome to the forums. There is a lot of love for Dekerfs on here, so you will fit right in.

I was lucky enough to get a Generation for my 40th from my wife this year. I absolutely love it! It just feels so right. Probably the best bike I have ever ridden.

Love the colour of your frame too. Mine is a metallic plum, but in desperate need of a re-spray when funds allow.

Thanks mate.

Do you have pics posted of yours?

I definately need a new paint job - Dekerf charges $400 for a basic spray.

Same for me: when funds allow.

I would like to change the colour scheeme up a bit. Seeing all the Dekerfs on here is definately helping me with ideas.

hi
welcome fellow vancouverite. actually i'm in coquitlam.
nice dekerf you have there. i'd stick with that green.
check out toxik harald in richmond for paint.
i believe a single colour paint job is about $200.
that includes stripping and prepping.

harald used to paint for brodie till paul left.

Nice find!

i like the burgundy colour.

I found this one on craigslist Vancouver: http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/van/b ... 00913.html

Pretty good price for the set-up he/she has.

Hey there guy. I just moved from N. Coquitlam to Burnaby. Originally from Victoria.

Thanks for the tip about Toxic Herrald.

Ya I wonder why Dekerf is so much more?

Anyway - do you think Toxic H would repaint the Dekerf logo too?

If it's $200 i may be able to get it done soon.

You like the green eh? I was thinking about changing it up but still not sure.
