Very nice mate. Did you put the decals on afterwards or get Jackson's to apply them and lacquer over?

Gil_M decals and BJs fitted them before the final lacquer coats.

If you want tough robust go with Powder, if you want an unusual fancy metallic colour then BJs have plenty of choice. Make sure you take the sample colours outside in the daylight, I found that helps to gauge the actual colour.

Just t-cut it, that paint is too good to respray. It's only original once.

Havng just spend best part of the past two weeks refurbing a 97' P7 in Tomato red, that it is worth having a go with some cutting compound.
Mine was pretty scuffed and scratched, but the finish on these id pretty thick, so will take a good cutting back.
I used a cutting compound to start with, then AutoGlym paint renovator, which also lifts out a lot of discolouration, then a good polish with AG Glass polish, which really puts a shine on it. Then a final wax with a good resin polish.
Have you had any more progress with this? :D
