I've posted pics of my Koga Miyata Ridge Runner from time to time and there were many requests for more information and detailed pictures. Here we go...

The elevated chainstays are classic, and this Koga is unique period, the handling is absolutely top.

Very nice. Chapeau. 1990 model. '91 was red, '92 black/blue.

For many Dutch this was the dreambike back in the day.

+1. That is a fantastic frame with such sublime detailing. I'd love a Koga (Miyata) but there are very scarce this side of pond, which is rather unfortunate as they're such beautiful machines, not to mention, I've heard they ride rather well too :D

Fantastic, thanks for sharing!

Great to see you have the Hite-Rite fitted also - I think it's a shame they removed the dedicated bosses on the top tube for these in the following year models.

Very much 'of it's time' - apart from the forks of course!

Cheers,
BB.

Great bike!
Used to have one myself, due to storage problems gave it to a friend to re-build it.
I asked about it a year or so later, he told me he just dumped it outside at the garbage
