I know I had intended the Dave Lloyd (Beez Neez) to be my last build, but as I'd already bought this frame last year!...I decided I'll build it up as my health allows, so it may take a while! :?

I remember lusting after one in an MBUK summer special when they reviewed an Alpinsestars Ti-Mega, a Funk and the WTR. I just loved the paint job! 8)

Here's a scan from the mag....

My plan was to get the frame (and fork) refinished to match the one in the article, but after some serious polishing, the original paint is too nice to discard. The depth of the paint and the metallic effect really is quite special, especially in good sunlight!...so it'll be built 'as is' :)

More to follow; sometime ;)

Cheers

Oh very nice and I love the depth of the original colour!

A guy that used to work at my Dad's friends centre where I got mine from (and possibly the only two back then that didn't come through Shockwave) had one in the colours above and I can always remember thinking how nice it was 8).

Good luck with the build :)

I like the current paint job more than the one in the add.
