Hi all,
I am new here and am currently repairing my Raleigh Memphis mountain bike . It is complete original even the brake blocks. :D . the only new items are the tires. i have ordered a new rear wheel & freewheel.

My raleigh memphis was sprayed yellow years ago to cover up sratches and chips. Still own and ride it though.

Had shimano deraileur today and it looks really complicated compared to the original .

Good morning,
Here we go , gonna try and sort gears out today :shock: , changed the memphis gears to 21 from 18 :o . now it has 7 speed freewheel 7 speed derailleur and 7 speed shifter, now the fun begins always have issues doing gears.

Good luck. glad to see one again.
I had one of those as my first mountainbike.
Some buggers nicked it from Leeds city centre :(
I'd got it set up for touring with f & r racks and extra bottle cage on the bars.
