Having been inspired by some great builds on here recently, my current build is now out of neutral and into gear! :) I'd wanted one of these ever since I bought a 95 Pine Mountain and left the shop thinking I should have pushed the boat out to the Team Ti. The frame was bought off the bay a while ago and slowly over time I've been collecting some nice bits and pieces to go onto it. So far, the frame is being cleaned and lightly wire woolled in spare time to brighten it up a bit and the parts are sort of loosely assembled with a mixture of Middleburn, Hope, USE, Ritchey and M952 XTR. Not sure on the wheels / tyres yet, blackwalls were standard but amberwalls would look nicer I think. Anyway, here it is in its unbuilt glory! :)

a short update if I may...

The Team Ti is starting to take shape, slowly but surely and the spec will be a non standard mixture of NOS and sourced from here parts. The frame has had a good clean and scrub to take off the decal residue, one of the bottle bolts is threaded in so it may have to stay there for now :( but hey the colour's ok. I'll try and keep it a black / polished silver theme to contrast the matt grey Ti finish on the frame, so the USE pin is in and a nice beefy Syncros stem is fitted. Wasn't sure about the slim pin / fat stem combo but it's growing on me now. Thumbies are on and a Hope Ti BB is ready and waiting for a Middleburn chainset.

Here's some more pics of the build so far :)

Very nice.

Also good to see I'm not the only one with a box full of boxes and jiffy bags full of parts.
