This appeared in my back lane last night

Hydorah are you familiar with this model? It bears the legend 'designed in the USA, handmade in Taiwan' - are they decent?

The frame's OK - Entry level stuff, plain guage Cro Mo, put together properly

I can see a dodgy Tourney rear mech on there though, might want to junk that
