I embarked on my first build after getting a 1996 Karma Kona Koa frame from Archemist went with mostly new bits as I will be riding this daily to work
On One fork as I fancied something a bit different
Suntour XCT V2 Crank
UN55 Bottom Bracket
Acera 8 Speed cassette
Deore Rear Mech
Easton EA50 Stem
Acera Rear V brakes
At the moment shimano cable front disk
Pedals bought from Barneyballbags
I`m just chuffed at how it looks and rides

Nice, although I gotta say i'd have put P2s on there, but each to their own. And I suppose you get the better performance of a disc brake at the front, looks like a good rider!
