New to posting on this site. This site validates my vintage bike obsession. Thank god im not the only freak biker out there.

Just finished my YETI Ultimate circa 89. I am finally complete and can now live a normal life. Still wish I had a Accutrax though..Hope you guys like it.

As for the Tires, I think it best you decide buddy you're never going to please everyone.

Are you running a V brake rear and a Canti front?

Appropriate era tires...

Ive had some bad luck trying to aquire a nice set of vintage tires that are in great shape and work well. Any recommendations would be helpful. I am riding this bike mostly as a XC bike.

FirstFlight also sells modern yet skinwall Ritcheys, probably better performers than the Timbuks. The Timbuks win the looks -department though.
