Just finished off my kona with some retro tiogas and put it on the car for a ride with a good mate...when we stopped at the garage to put air inthe tyres ....its been a stressful day kids crying in the car .i need toot canal doing on wednesday and im in pain ..4 cars in the que for air and two behind me .

I put some air in and as i go to leave its all tailbacked in thd petrol stationso i drive through the drive through car wash which is a exit ....and i clean forgot my bike was on the rooof......



Lets just say it pulled the roof almoat out tge roof of the car dented tge car roof..smashed the bike ...and ripped my new charge nspoon and totqlly bent my rear wheel which now resembles a pretzel

Will post pics when i get home

I did the same with my modern bike going into exeter services - concrete pain tins on chains.....

That's why I will never put bikes on the roof, becauseI would do exactly the same thing.
