Hi all,

Been a while since I had finished this bike... a lot of hassle getting the Grafton brakes set up (especially with the rear U-Brake). But in the end it all worked... and worked like a charm as I've noticed today when I took her for a first spin in the woods :-) It was a blast riding this one, only bad thing was that my headset got loose after some 20 miles :-( Everything else worked great!! Even stopping power is all that with the U-Brake and Grafton lever, shifting works perfectly too. Funny how all the other bikers I met on the trail were looking like "Oh man, no suspension??!!" ;-) I'm really happy with this bike...

Here's some pics:

yum! nicely done! :D

i have a set of Bonty Comp rigids already on my Merlin, but recently picked up a set of Tange Switchblades and was curious how they would look on it. i'd have to say are equally as nice. for now I think I'll stick with what I have on though.

That's a real beauty. Nicely done.
Merlin - still my favorite, and like a few others, maybe I too need to add another.
