Lookin good, yea change the seat/post, stem, bars. all the stuff you usually change when you get a new bike, good score with the full xtr!

1994 decals (same as mine). Great find.

Seatpost is 27.0 mm.

Original spec :

Interesting spec. Mine still tracks like it's on rails on a Dart front tyre, although I haven't had a Smoke on the back for years; since I wore the last one out.

If the frame is a 1994, the correct XTR set would be the M900. According to mombat.org , the 950 set didn't come out until 1996.

I assume the owner upgraded it at some point.

nice! lots of potential. if your RTS is any guide, this Zaskar will end up being pretty special!

Yes nice one Dave! Full XTR is great. Maybe swap the Crossride for an older set of Mavics. Rock Shox Judy's....anyway, I'm curious how this one will end up! :)

Wheels are the first thing going, will be after some mavic 230 tib rims with white industries hubs.

as for the forks may go for some judys, but if this is a 94 then some mag21 sl ti's are what i need,or maybe rigid?

Also i will be changing the bars, stem and seatpost for black syncros gear.

The seat itself will be changed for a flite titanium.

Thats the plan for now!!!
