Hi Chris,

Btw I bought another bike from your home country this week, a Peugeot Teamline 6000 :D It has that funny seatpost clamping system too! Alternative seat post clamps: A French thing? :wink:

The right chainstay says "Made in France" in very HUGE

Very Cool frame

yes , a few peugeot have this system , a bit like a quill stem ?

It is like with Zookas and Cattleheads.

The 6000s have a carbon head- and seatlug. There are two models: One with carbon tubing in the front triangle and one with aluminium tubing in the front triangle. Tail is always aluminium. Mine is the later, with aluminium tubing in front triangle. It is pretty light. Sub 1600gr according to catalogue.
