Got the frame recently and build it with parts from the shed! :D

I did prefer the original stem, maybe not such a comfortable ride though and we all like a comfortable ride :wink:

Nice build. One item to check. I worked in a bike shop when these frames came out in 91. Yeah, we all got one at employee discount. Sweet bike. I really liked it and it hooked me on E-stays. Many, if not most, of the ariels cracked. I cracked mine on the Porcupine Rim Trail in Moab, Utah (USA ;))They would crack where the wishbone stay meets the seat tube around the weld. It worked out well for me as I was able to get an all aluminum Alien upgrade from Nishiki. Still have and ride the Alien.
