Yes, all of the ones I've seen (except for this one) are brushed Ti. Apparently it's an arduous process to polish titanium to a mirror finish.

So here is the Mag 21 SL Ti fork and CK Ti headset. The steerer tube is 9.75", I was fortunate to find one this long

the wheels are finito, so time to complete this build!

my buddy gave me these Cook Bros cranks, they polish up pretty nice. Syncros 122.5 bottom bracket, Shimano Ti crank bolts, 747 pedals

the backs are milled out which keeps the weight down 8)

I've seen the ibis polished titanium stems before which are stunning, but that frame is off the scale.
