Nice bike indeed!

For your height (ref the tall seat stands) the stem has to little rise - the bike might be to small for you?

I think that is just a problem of the picture from a not correct angle..the bike is not too small for me 8)

than I think that the bike in 1991 was born not for aheadset stem, and this make the bar lowest

all my bikes are in the same size :D
