liking it not really a fan of the older early mtb bikes pre 1990s but really like yours very nice

that is one great looking bike!! My knowledge of that era is pretty limited. Is it a period correct build?

Period correct - yes if pimped back then this would have been the parts I would have used. The rims are maby a bit to new... but what the heck. This bike was originaly fitted with a Shimano Deer-Head group.
