Thanks guys for your very kind comments! The bike is now finished! :) :) :)

I cabled it up over the weekend, set the indexing, adjusted the brakes, fitted the grips and pumped up the tyres. I'm really pleased with the finished build and it's now being entered into BOTM 8)

The full spec is:

Frame - Alpinestars Al-Mega DX
Forks - Alpinestars Cr-Mo
Stem - Girvin Flex Stem - NOS
Bars - Ritchey Forcelite - NOS
Grips - Grab On MTN 1 - NOS
Shifters - Shimano Deore 7s Thumbshifters
Brake Levers - Odyssey Quick Stop 2 - NOS
Front Mech - Shimano Deore DX - NOS
Rear Mech - Shimano Deore DX - NOS
Brakes - Lizard Black CNC Cantis - NOS
Chainset - Middleburn with Pace rings
Chain - KMC Black/Silver
Pedals - Shimano DX M525 SPDs
Saddle - Ritchey Vector Wing - NOS
Seatpost - Easton EA50 - New
Wheels - Campagnolo Stheno on Deore XT M730 hubs
Tyres - Ritchey Omega Bite Rear / Alfa Bite Front - NOS
