That says Triple Butted tubing, mine is just double butted.

I'd guess near '92 as it's the sloping top tube version.

Has the rear canti hanger been removed or is there no sign of there ever having been one there?

That's a 1995 frame chap

Decals were the giveaway for me more that anything else. Seatpost size is correct for frame too - my '92 Comp had something like 26.2 if I recall...
