I got the DWG drawing from a member from here and got the dropouts machined by a member of the dutch forum.

This is a picture how the frame will be split.

thanks. yes i am not as brave as you! simple rigid carbon singlespeed, my first carbon frame.

what have you used to remove the paint and lacquer? just elbow grease and sandpaper?

Yes, a lot of elbow grease :?
Start with 120 or 150 and then with waterproof.
For the alu parts you can use paintstripper.
What type do you have? The early ones (purple-white or purple-yellow) are easier to sand down then the 2nd generation (blue or purple)
