I had the exact bike back, color and size in college. Mine had a Advocet <sp> Gel seat. I'll have to dig up a picture from back in the day......

I am looking to repaint this exact model myself.

I have a couple questions of you don't mind.

What kind of paint did you use? Could you post the colors used?

Hey kaverorzi, the white is just plain white, nothing special. The blue is a custom mix I came up with to be similar to the original but made brighter and fresher. As to the type of paint, I actually paint cars for a living so its proper automotive paint (2 pack).

From which source did you get the decals, maybe Gil?! I´m asking since two days ago i bought the very same model - RockHopper ´88 - in 21.5" size with UV-bleached decals which have most likely to be replaced.
