Not a bad ride for less than 10 dollars US. Rear end feels a little dead so I kinda suspect Hi-Ten rear triangle.

When I got her there was no rear derailer, so I put on a nearly dead Suntour XC Pro for shakedown runs.

Stem was a little stubby for my tastes and I had to try out the 160mm tiller I'd recently acquired. Of course it's too lengthy. Got some cheapo riser bars on there as well. Found an almost magic ratio @ 34x15 and put her to work in single speed mode. Chain's a bit tight but if I add a link and go to 17T in the rear the online magic ratio calculator sez I'll be in business.

Looks decent enough 8), cant remember those in the UK ?, BTW my last single speed had a magic ratio of 32-16, a new chain was very slightly tight but was perfect after 50 miles or so when it bedded in.
