Not something that I shout about with my MTB pals but I love road riding. My roadie is only cheap, and 14 gears, but it does the job and it does get you fit in the winter months when scraping 12" of mud from your MTB seems too much of a chore :)

My road bike is for transport. MTB is for fun. (think 'this is my rifle this is my gun')

No shame.


Actually I like the road iron, and the whole histiry of road racing too, I have TdF DVD's from1989 to 1992 and watch them as often as I watch Tread and the like.
