I've made some more changes to my Bmix, and I think its pretty much finished now - famous last words! I've changed the Pauls brakes for Avid Tri-Aligns with Ultimate levers, because Vs on a frame designed for cantis just wasn't cool. I've also changed the chainring and freewheel, fitted some lovely Crupi BMX pedals, and swapped the pretty average X138 rims for D521s, laced with DT Competition spokes. I also went a bit crazy with titanium bolts, mainly because I thought it looked cool! Just waiting for some crank axle bolts from Profile - apparently titanium is hard to get hold of in the US if you aren't a major buyer. I'm tempted to change the tyres for something better suited for tarmac, or maybe a bit more BMXey, but I'm limited to around 1.95" width for tyre clearance / brake set up reasons. Any suggestions welcome. Anyway, spec and pics:

Frame: 97 Sunn Bmix 4130 Cromo
Fork: Sunn 4130 Cromo

Headset: Diatech with ti top cap bolt
Stem: Rudd with ti bolts
Bar: Robinson Racing
Grips: Grigripz BMX

Brakes: Avid Tri-Align custom anodised with ti bolts
Brake Pads: Clarks
Brake Cables: Jagwire Ripcord
Brake Levers: Avid Ultimate with ti bolts
Freewheel: White Industries ENO 18T red
Chain: KMC OH-2
Cranks: Profile Racing with GDH axle (waiting for Profile ti bolts)
Chainring: Sunn Trivial by Specialites TA 40T with ti bolt
Bottom Bracket: Profile Racing
Pedals: Crupi square

Hubs: Rudd with ti axle bolts
Rims: Mavic D521
Spokes: DT Competition double butted
Tyres: Kenda John Tomac series Small Block 8 26 x 1.95 folding
Saddle: Sunn Cycledelic
Seatpost: Rudd alloy with ti bolt

Weight: 25.9lbs / 11.7kg

That is super cool. I remember us selling a couple of those in my first bike shop job in the mid nineties. Awesome
