i picked up a trek carbon composite 8700 frame at the bristol bike jumble today for not very much at all

and i'll be building it into a carbon fibre pub bike, just as soon as i have the bloody headset cup out.

I've just thrown a 27.2 in mine to check for you, and it seems to be a good fit.. 8)

Is it wet-look carbon though?

nothing else will suffice, IMO... :wink: 8)
