Nearly there , just missing the frame decals but cant find a good enough picture of an original to get them reproduced and Gil is on holiday .

Great bike, I like the cables picking out the stripe on the frame, I don't like the Zoom bits, but what can you do?

And unlike Rod I do like zoom. Always thought they were pretty much the lightest bits you could find at a great price. And they never failed on me.
 
Cool, and you don't see MK 1 grip shifts very often. I put them on my Giant SS BITD and on my lent Funk, ok till they got mud in then they would just seize up!
 
The idea was to use period correct parts .

I think the cranks are a bit later .

it shifts ok but not great .

need to add oil in the forks .

I like the Zoom bits are nice , simple and well made .

I really liked the first grip shifts, very cutting edge and cool when they hit the scene, had to be brave to take XT thumbs off to use them instead!
