Still very jealous of you, shoulder almost fixed.... currently somewhat fixated on algae growth in my aquarium, and processes for removal of excessive phosphates.

I can see why you call the alu bolts lime green - they look like Venhill bolts. There used to be a box by the downstairs till at Centresports (I think that was what it was called) in Leeds - upstairs climbing gear, downstairs mtbs. Perfect shop! Think it is still there but sans mtbs.

these turned up today.
could'nt finish it without them.
looking like the frame will be finished after christmas now.
i know it will look stunning, but i'm starting to feel a bit anxious now.
but as they say, the best things come to those who wait.

well i thought i would have a look though the things i've collected for this build, and i'll have a few nice rear mechs left over and some thumbies.
i will need to sort out some brake hose for the rear brake.

argos have finished my frame and its on its way back to me,
one thing i am struggling with now is which front mech do i use,
i have tried to clean up the old xc pro mech the best i can,
and tbh it's not too bad, but i also have the xce front mech which is
perfect, never been used, very shiny.
which one do i use ?
i am leaning towards using the old xc pro one, so its complete xc pro.
but i like the look of the xce one, being very pretty.
any opinions guy's.

I'd say XCE front mech. Everything else is looking 'box fresh'. XC Pro might just stand out like a sore thumb.

Might one ask which single malt you have lined up to accompany the build?
