Currently fixing up and upgrading to a full XT Group Set.

Fantastic bike. I have one of these too - mine's not as yellow but I still love it.

And again another sexy GT RTS comes out from hiding :lol: lovely,lovely,lovely...... :D :D :D i will have to post mine again when i have finished upgrading it.Beautiful machine come on mate bring it out of retirement far too good to stop riding :wink: .Have a look at Jon's RTS-2 (GTRTS&AVALANCHE) seriously nice rig his one :D .

Thanks for the comments.

Its gone into retirement so I can fix it up.

Bushings need replacing on the rear pivots and the Forks dont even work.

Its been raced in five 24hr events with the last one only two weeks ago and now it needs a bit of love and care.

After talking with my local mechanic, it looks like he has sourced some new parts for the JUDY SL's.

We are also on the hunt for a 8 speed XT Rear Derailleur.

I have also got some Mavic 231CD Wheels on Deore DX Hubs which I'll fit back on the bike.

Ive still got the original LX shifter/brake levels and cantilver brakes which I dont know if I'll put back on or just leave the XT V Brakes?

With all this, the GT should come out of reteirment!
