I would like to find a tange or similar fork for this the straight blades are just too hard, also was going too find a suntour cranks and front mech (34.9) because I would like to continue the theme of champagne xc pro but I think the original lx would suite more argh I dont no what to do just yet( need more saddle time).
I want to ride it this weekend at the peaks ride but with it having a 34 tooth single ring on the front it might prove a bit like hard work. also I think the combination of rider weight/vintage bonding/gritstone trails may prove
a bit much for the 21yr old.
iIve managed too completly remove all the flaky laquer off the top tube (you can just make it out in the pics)

Its nearly finished just got some suntour xc expert shifters and a stronglight chainset, I still need to source a 34.9 b pull xc pro fmech but the m900 will do for now. I really like this bike the tubing the casting the internal cables (which are a knightmare to fit) its very light too, going to ride her tomorrow so lets hope its a nice to ride as it is to look at,

good to see it ready to rock!

the tyres more or less match the 'reflex' decal 8) i have seen this frame only and expect a nice lightweight machine. especially with those sub--1KG fork.

bring it to the lakes ride!
