Hmm might be a Gary fisher?? I really don't know? The fork is Tig welded and looks to be ther original one. The lugs on the fork dropouts look quite distinctive

Gary Fisher , not sure which model , but the b/b -chainstay area suggests that . Any frame number on it ?

I thought that fillet brazed Fisher got a lug on the seat clamp area, like Ritchey…
