What are the advantages if any and will they fit to any rims?

Wrong forum! you'd better ask in Retro Chat. ;)

Short answer: they won't fit any rims. You need special tubeless rims!

I've got some Wolber tubeless tires on Wolber rims. Not sure what te advantages are though! :D :p :D
 
I started a thread on this very subject in post 98' chat a while ago.
I bought some crossmax wheels with tubeless fitted. I ditched it and went with what I know ;)
