1998 Sunn Vertik

Hello everyone,

I have owned a '98 Sunn Verik from new but stopped riding bikes in '98. I rode the bike for about 100 miles on tarmac when I got it but that's been about it and it's stood in my garage ever since. I re-oiled everything a couple of months ago and have had a couple of rides but fancy a new bike. Can anyone please give me an idea of what it would be worth if I sell it? All components are original except the tyres.

Hi Yostin - welcome to Retrobike!
You need to post this question in another forum. go to "retro mtb chat" and post on the "one and only what's my xyz worth" thread, it's a sticky at the top of the page.
There are a few Sunnfans on here who'll give you an opinion. Best thing you could do is post some pics with it too. If you're not yet able to post pics, fire some over to me and I can host for you.
Search e-bay for completed listings - you may find a Vertik or two - going quite cheap, but in nasty condition - my guess is a good one may fetch £150 -£200 tops. Good luck :cool:
