Nah, hard to hurt feelings on the internet :)

It is what it is, and I enjoy the sh*t out of it, as I hope you do your FRO retrofit.

Cool project - like it. The race originals were iconic bikes. I was around one of them at the NORBA race in Atlanta 1990, I took this picture of two Yeti riders Image

The reason why I took this picture was the FRO - I realized after the film was developed that I have one of the few pictures of Joey Erwin and Joey Erwins C-26 (the first of all factory C-26 bikes)

Enjoy your icon, and I am looking for one my self... if not at least a pseudo one like ameybrooks "C-26"

:D

And yes... Why on heavens earth didn't I take some more pictures of the C-26, the riders and the other Yeti's?

Super cool. Does this use some of the original carbon tubes like Ameybrooks?

Incredible! Still waiting to read the full story behind the build -- how'd you locate the frame?

Flinkin Blip!!!, (as Mint Sauce would say) that is supremely cool...

prehaps I missed the background story to this build already, but would be v.interested to hear more about it.

Another +1 to the "can we have the story of the build / history of the frame, etc" camp.
