Hi all,

Finally its back from paint, even the paints retro Twopack oil based paint. I have a customer who works with classic cars and has a licence to use cellulose paint. The wait was well worth it as the finish is a deep shine and being oil based should stand up to the element well. I striped and polished the sub frame and swinging arm 2 months ago and ive been waiting on the frame to come back from paint.

The theme is black and polished with a hint of lightness and modern.

The air shocks are the lightness and modern, i'm afraid theres more modern to follow. And yes the Ibeam is on upside down, waiting on a Syncros Ahead and its only there to keep the build moving.

If you knew me you would have known I had a goat, and not have brought the subject up :x . His name was Buck and he kept the lawn in FANTASTIC condition. Then one night the foxes took him. God i loved that GOAT :( . :

Head tube and main frame decals on, changed the grey on cycle to red as I have the same on the polished R series and prefer it.
Undecided on putting the sanandreas badge on the swinging arm, leaving it off for now as looking to making a AFTER SHOCK decal for it.

Struggling to get a 130/140 Syncros Ahead  , have the bars, brakes, shifter and cable ready to go. Anyone help.

Very nice, I'd of be torn there, it looks an amazing polish job and I wouldn't of wanted to paint over it. On the other hand it would then look a bit plain so...

Can I ask what you polished it with? :D
