Previously posted over on the "other" forum, but thought I'd share with my friends on the other side of the pond....

I've been lusting after a Psyclone for quite a while, and after a few missed opportunities, and a bit a bad luck, one finally popped up that I managed to get my hands on.

Not exactly a beauty queen as she arrived:

Quick strip to rid the frame of further embarassment:

mmmm...fillet brazed:

A few parts for the build:

Looking forward to giving this one a good go soon.

This looks much better already, you've saved it! :D
I too love the old Psyclone's...can't wait to see it built (properly) :)

lovely frame! good to hear you have saved her from looking like a circus bike..:) so staying as a single speed by the looks of it?

Thanks boys...I'll try to get it together quickly.

Major: 4 lbs 6 1/2 oz (with headset cups) on my cheapie luggage scale.

cheers,

Steve

Thanks. That's not a bad weight at all, especially when fillet b frames are supposedly heavier than TIG ones.
