Nice casual post. Tidy bike, more pics would be nice. Is that a factory finish, one of the more subdued I've seen.

Don't think you can have too many to be honest, 'tis rather nice that. Valve caps are a nice touch!

I'm not sure what the whole history of the bike was. It (frameset) was owned by a roadie up in Chico CA and sat on his wall for a while, unused.

He had it painted by Russ Pickett at some point, that color is the base coat used on Russ' Bamboo paint jobs but the Roadie may have liked Bianchi's too
