1992 Specialized Stumpjumper - new project

was gonna say it looks a bit crap with those big tyres on
but i'm not so sure
will watch with interest

Tyres will be gone once it's gets here :D

Has also to do with the high wall rims on it.
Only bought frame and fork.

If you put
at the end, the pic will show!

Anybody knows where to get some Specialized decals?

Other addition to the collection

Bought a 17" Specialized alloy frame from CIPOLINNI this morning.
Frame number M6Ki98006, used to have a red color.

Maybe anyone who can help determine the original type and year of build. Expect it to be either a early 90s S-works or Stumpjumper.

Where the steel Stumpjumper will be converted into a expedition bike, will this alloy frame end up as my new mountain bike.

Think that will be a 97 Hardrock AX, S-works frame numbers start with year then S (ie: 95S then numbers) also niether S-works or Stumpys came with rack mounts..........still a nice light frame ;)
