A sneak preview of my next old build..

Ill add to this everytime i do some more to the build-up

Plus ill add a list of the parts and work done.

the frame is a demo frame built up by Grove innovations and sent to Tom

Teesdale to check out then copy for the later Braves..

When i got the frame it was stripped of paint. It became a major pain

trying to find someone who could do an authentic 80's splatter!

Luckily it came with original decals and i had a good idea of how i wanted

it to look. The parts were really hard to find for a build that wouldnt

involve any later chi-chi but good old fashioned solid Suntour. The cranks

are C.Q.P. and were actually available in 89. The brakes are Marinovative

decellaraters available late 89 early 90. I now have all of the parts to

finish (brake pads arriving from U.S. shortly) Hoping to have a build list

and some much improved pictures within next couple of weeks.

Hope you all like it? It is my first proper dream build that i would have

murdered for at 15 years young  Page 3 has the final build shots :D

Heres a few more pictures of tonights progress.

I need a 1.9 amberwall tyre (NOS) to finish it

The paint is a long story....It was actually done by 2 different companies,

basecoat by Autostrada, splatter by ? Unsure to be honest but it looks

amazing in the flesh..
