one of those wheels must weigh as much as two "normal" wheels. not bothered about that did it just for the look.

I think it's great - I had a Team Saracen downhiller with similar geometry, and let's face it, when you're hurtling downhill on one of these a bit of extra weight's not going to hurt much...

Its your bike but those wheels are not meant for anything other than budget builds - I would have thought the screw-on cassette would have been a clue.
