hi there, after respraying my beloved pace, i cant decide if i should have left it silver, i do love the paint, but i need some in put from other retro addicts. any comments negative/positive are welcome.
the main reason why i resprayed it was because the silver anodizing looked tired and tarnished.
does anyone know if it can be reanodized in silver ?

I think it looks great.

I've not had dealings with trying to anodise anything but thought it was a process to do with applying electric charge to the metal, in which case it should be possible to re-apply I would have thought. But it looks great as is to me.

Very difficult to anodize a 'used' item. The anodizing process will eat into any slight scratches etc on the surface of the aluminium and make a proper mess!

Think it looks nice anyway but would have left it original if it was mine

I like the paint, its different from the 000's of other silver paces. BUT I'd build it with silver parts as it looks a bit 'busy' at the moment.
