this is posted in full in the road section, but i know not many people venture there, and it also has "lets see your skinny wheeled bikes" in the title subscript.

basically started like this:

paint on its death bed, rear hub wrecked, both rims meh, tyres an obscure size not worth procuring....so i got a busy.

then i got lazy and bike sat for a while. then i got unlazy and finished the thing.

it does however now have a sturmey archer thumb shifter with the ugly plastic bit removed for blingy chromeness, and brooks grips are on their way.

My new project is going down the same lines. I'm waiting in for the big van of lovelyness to turn up as I write.

Ever noticed that white van man drives really slowly when it's something you're waiting for? tarts! ;)

frame was powdercoated and the stars were done with just stock standard model paint.

Ooh, nice bike! And that front hub is beautiful...
Can I ask, what rims are you running to get away with those tyres?
