Didnt you searched for any super light cantilever brakes ?

Hey, Alejandro, consider these:

They will easily shave another 120 g from your total weight budget. In fact, they are on par with or even lighter than a tubeless configuration. They also seem to be reasonably flat tire proof. Only downside is they cost an arm and a leg, but that did not seem to worry you too much so far.

Edit: Forgot to mention that they are not approved for rim brakes, but a trusted person who has been using them for quite some time now told me that they work well with rim brakes as well. I guess if you are not constantly braking on steep downhills for hours on end, they should do okay.
