Stumpy!? :) Ha ha, quite apt as I did chop off half my thumb a while back... But still alive. Covid is pretty mild out here but on the rise.... Meaning 60 odd cases a day, 107 total deaths..... A long way to go to trump England's effort :p

Well bugger me, not looked at your thread for a while, thats flippin lovely is that!

The WI shifting system is puzzling my little head though, it pushes and pulls at the same time then?

Is there no return spring in the mech so you need the secondary cable to go the other way, up/down the gears?
