Thanks for the comments guys :D, I'm loving this one at the moment!
Couple of small changes, rear mech is slightly newer and better looking IMO than the other one, finally got a new gear cable so could get rid of the cog hog. I think I've given up on the idea of no Shimano, cos it works perfectly well and it's already there so will cost me no further cash! Also fitted a Flite, amazing how a saddle change can make so much difference to the look of a bike!

After deciding that the spec on this was better suited to the Kona, I've gone down the XT route with X-rays and Magura HS22s.

Been out on this today, still loving it! Recently I've been working on getting all my bikes together and rideable at the same time, without any shared parts, so the Maguras have returned to the Kona. This has ended up with full m737 XT, which is pretty much opposite what I originally had in mind and is now at a point where I feel no need to fiddle with it anymore!
