1993 (?) K2 comp 1 restoration

Yeah I found that, it's not in there. On the net I found ONE other photo, just the frame and forks but nothing else, that photo said 1993 but it was painted, not polished like mine.

I rescued my K2 from the local recycle tip about 6yrs ago, it was then used a weekend bike for a couple of years before being a commuter bike. Through the covid it need up being stuck at a friends house. Now back with me, I'm looking forward to cycling on the cycleways around me with the hound. As far as I know mine is original without many replaced parts.

I picked this one up just the other day and I must say it's hard finding info about K2 bikes. But I know it's a A2 from 1994. But would love to get my hands on original spec and framebuilder

Here’s another K2 leaning against a garage door. As far as I’m aware it’s a 1991 model, Comp 91 Ultralight as it says on the tin, xt components (I pilfered the original xt pedals and hub/rims for another project). It was a local to me find and interesting in so much as my first skis were K2 Comp 1987 model with the same graphics, in pink and white. I love the colours and am digging the loop tail design, shame it is too big.
