Kona Hei Hei King Kahuna

Funny you should mention that Al, this is on my shortlist for Mayhem so if that comes about you are welcome to take a ride.

And I'm NOT weightweening, just taking an interest. The main reason being that I'm a generously proportioned chap, and so theres not much point crying over a few grams!

But yes, I noticed the 'race light' post wasn't exactly lightweight but it looks smarter than the alternative I have.

This needs some more blue. That's my evening sorted. Nice set of Ti Glides I've had sitting around for a while and some blue nipples.

I don't build wheels often but every time I do I forget and make several wrong turns. Did the front first and had to take it apart and start again when I realised I'd messed up the pattern. Then the rear was easy. Even remembered to line the hub sticker to the valve hole!

Sun is shining so got some photos taken this morning. This is a lovely thing. Still no joy sorting the RST forks (not really tried to be honest) but the silver Bombers look and work great, just a little too weighty I reckon.

Right then, heads up. needs must so this is going for sale over the weekend. Anyone interested in the full bike before I break it down for parts? It's not going cheap but it is, as the kids of today say, incomprehensible jibberish. I mean awesome. Dammit.

(I'll put a proper sale listing up inabit)
