the bar at the back of your shed bikes are hung from ... is it a scaffold poll ? how is it suspended?

It’s three scaffolding poles and two clips making a ‘goal post’ plates on floor, wood blocks in roof to stop it tipping back/forward.

ahh yeah.. can see the left poll now. im looking to do something similar in the loft. yours appear to be tied up by the back wheel. would it not be easier using some kind of hook... or maybe you dont use the bikes from that section ?

I use rope as you can vary heights to avoid bar/pedal clashes etc. Plus it means I can loop and raise them carefully.
