My guess is it’s Nitto, Prestige 17deg
I needed to machine a new shim to suit the wide syncros clamp
Here’s the thing though

It’s 666mm wide!

i measured the pair (silver and black set) of 2-piece shims i have, believe from Kona bars, and are about 675 wide. Syncros one piece is about 700mm. ;) so clearly you made them 666 on purpose! LOL
