Bromwich/Jim McIlwaine/Evans

Nice work Joe :) Certainly looks similar to my old Bromwich, although mine had chainstay u-brake mounts

Off to the painters tomorrow, finally! I'll go with this fillet brazed fork instead of the lugged one, though it needs lengthening by an inch, thinking of yellow to white fade, got most of a Suntour xc 9000 groupset that to go on it :cool:

Back from Bob Jacksons and finally had a chance to start putting this bike together. Hope I don't offend any dye in the wool purists too much with this one as I've changed the brakes to rear roller cam (partly from interest of seeing Raidan's Bromwich). Still feels more a Bromwich rather than an Evans but could potentially change the decals. Decisions decisions. Right, will try and upload some pics now!
 
Bob J's didn't fill in a couple of dents on the top tube that I asked them to do - hey ho. On the other hand they were a friendly bunch and did a great job on the paint and brazing, plus they didn't break the bank so overall happy chappy.
