Paint By Numbers - '93 Yeti ARC

Great save on an iconic frame and a stunning build....well done!

Frank sure can perform aluminum miracles...you should see the pics of his BB shell swap on my Spooky.

Re:

Agree with other's; wasn't sure about the colour choice on the frame but built up it looks spot on. Good to see someone willing to take things in a slightly different direction, would be boring if they were all built the same  .

Re:

Here you go Lee. They are in pretty good shape but will need elastomers, compression rods, skewers and dust caps. A little Autosol or Mother's polish and they will be ready to roll. Here is a link to the manual if needed and it's a great source for rebuild kits.

It looks like your fork is in good condition though so you can use your parts with these legs and you should be golden.

I have to go to the post office this morning anyway so I'll pop them in the post if you PM me your addy. I'm in the U.S. so it may take a little more time to get there.

I rebuilt this one a few weeks ago and it will be going on my 94 ARC AS to replace my Manitou 4 for the same reason! :D

I found some SRP titanium hardware for the brace which was a pretty cool find.

Cheers,

Love this build! I'd go with a change on the forks too, those M3s of Jason's would be perfect on it.

Really well done

Bloody Photobucket, grrrrr!
